CONGRATULATIONS on your purchase of your Smart&Safe Headsets. By purchasing the Smart&Safe headsets, you are taking positive steps in keeping radiation away from your head and brain. You are also at the forefront of the growing global community, including scientists, specialists, educators and health professionals, who are questioning the link between mobile phones, the radiation they emit and brain tumours and cancer. Holding the phone right up against your ear, has been likened to turning on your microwave oven and pressing your ear hard up against the glass! However, if you wish to return the products for any reason listed below, please follow the procedure as set out below.
Safer Products operates according to strict quality control guidelines. There is a 30 day warranty period from date of shipment of items to you. If an item is the fault of the manufacturer or our error, please return it to us and we will replace it free of charge during the warranty period, which is 30 days from postage date of item to you. The item must be returned to us within the warranty period and also include the invoice, original packaging and  all accessories. If the invoice, original packaging and all accessories are not returned, we cannot issue a replacement or refund. In addition a fully completed Return Advice Form with Authorization Code must be completed and sent with the return. Please contact us on 02 4227 9338 for Return Advice Form with Authorization Code. We cannot accept returns on "change of mind", or if you have ordered the incorrect product. However, if a return is authorized,  the product is to be  returned, in original condition, with all accessories and with the invoice, as well as a fully completed  Authorization Form with an Authorization Code. A 20% administration fee applies for all such returns.  There are no refunds on postage and no refunds on sales promotions. Please choose carefully.
If an item is returned and it is not the manufacturer’s fault or our error, but rather a misuse of the item, we cannot give a replacement or refund. If we can repair it, we will issue you a quote in writing. Should you accept the quote,  the item will be returned to you, upon your payment of the cost of repairs, plus postage and handling charges will apply. If the quote is not accepted, and you wish the product returned, postage and handling charges will apply.
All returns must have a Return Advice Form and Authorization Code. Where the items are returned without the form, we reserve the right to issue a credit note, minus 30% handling charges, as full and final payment of return. Please contact us on 02 4227 9338 for all return procedures, forms and authorization codes.  Please include your invoice for all returns. No returns are accepted after the warranty period has expired, except for repairs at your cost. Terms and conditions as above. We recommend all products returned via Australia Post. We do not accept C.O.D or ‘More to Pay’ returns. Please read all Refund Policy Terms and Conditions  prior to use, as shown on our website. Management reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions without notice.
